These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RevelRaw application ("the app", "RevelRaw") for macOS. By downloading, installing, or using RevelRaw, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

RevelRaw grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on macOS devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You retain full ownership of all photos, images, and files you process with RevelRaw. The app does not claim any rights to your content. Exported images belong entirely to you, including any metadata you choose to embed.

The presets and processing algorithms included in RevelRaw are provided as creative tools. Results may vary depending on the source image. RevelRaw does not guarantee that processed images will win competitions or meet specific quality standards.

5. No Warranty

RevelRaw is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevelRaw and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the app.

We may release updates to RevelRaw from time to time. Updates may add, modify, or remove features. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of their provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and delete all copies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
