RevelRaw is an independent, one-person company, and email goes straight to the developer — not a ticket queue. Messages are normally answered within two business days. Support is offered in English and Spanish; messages in German, French, Japanese or Portuguese are welcome too and will be answered in English.

Bug reports, feature requests, purchase or restore issues, questions about a specific camera body or RAW format, press and partnership inquiries. For bug reports, please include your macOS version, camera model, and the RAW format you were opening.
- **Privacy** — [privacy@revelraw.com](mailto:privacy@revelraw.com). Anything about the [privacy policy](https://revelraw.com/legal/privacy.md), the website's analytics consent, or data handling in the app (short version: the app collects nothing).
- **Legal** — [legal@revelraw.com](mailto:legal@revelraw.com). Questions about the [Terms of Use](https://revelraw.com/legal/terms.md), licensing, or trademark matters.

## Security reports

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in the app or this website, please report it to [info@revelraw.com](mailto:info@revelraw.com). Our disclosure contact is also published at [/.well-known/security.txt](https://revelraw.com/.well-known/security.txt) (RFC 9116).

## Refunds and purchases

All purchases are processed by Apple through the Mac App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple directly at [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com/). If a purchase or a "Restore Purchases" isn't behaving as expected in the app, email [info@revelraw.com](mailto:info@revelraw.com) and we'll help you sort it out.
